Make PDF searchable (OCR)

Recognizes text in a scanned PDF and adds an invisible, selectable text layer underneath the original page images — the page looks exactly the same, but you can now search and copy from it. This runs meaningfully slower than the other tools since OCR is genuinely CPU-heavy — expect several seconds per page.
